Hotel rated very good

Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Our bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable, which is a refreshing change, as from my experience staying at many Thai hotels, beds tend to be either hard or very firm! So it was lovely to sleep in such a comfortable bed. There’s a mini bar in bedroom for customers to avail themselves of, if so required, with reasonably priced beers and snacks. Payment on checking out of hotel.

When we asked hotel reception about dining in hotel, we were told restaurant was closed.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, nice staff

Huge 2 bed apartment with hotel like facilities. Good location around 10mins walk from Asoke BTS/sukhumvit line underground and Terminal 21. Loads of little food markets nearby and 7-11 on corner. Comfortable beds and decent seating and dining space. 2 bathrooms, gym and pool and onsite cafe.

Floor in apartments although beautiful real wood parquet flooring throughout, it needs repairing as it is clacky and alot of gaps and movement. Kitchen had no cloth to wipe sides or sponge to wash up. Staying for 2-3 days so not going to buy it myself. The cost is sufficient to be included.

There was nothing extraordinary. It is just a hotel. The room was spacious and nice

The problem was with cleanliness and the situation in the bathroom. You might say that I am too posh, but when you book a 4-star hotel you are expecting to get a properly cleaned shower and working drain. You can check the attached photos.

The rooms are quite spacious. The location may not be ideal for those seeking a vibrant nightlife. Breakfast was mediocre, with a limited selection of items. If you are from the subcontinent, you may not find this breakfast to your liking. And the swimming pool was too small.

Overall they stay was good. The staff were very kind & helpful.

The location of this property was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom & the kitchen were run down. The shower head was not functioning well. Since the bathroom has no windows that can open, ventilation was very poor & there was an unpleasant smell coming whenever we used the exhaust fan. Also there wasn’t any dish soap and sponge to wash up in the kitchen.

Pleasant

Great location, great staff! You're literally steps away from several food options, plus you're also near Siam shopping malls. Our unit was spacious and as clean as it gets. They also granted our request for a room/unit with two single beds.

WiFi did not work at all. They told me to connect to any available ones as they had a lot, but I couldn't connect to any of it. It was too dark in the living room and bedroom, even with all the lights on; it was nothing like the photos. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable one to sleep in.
