Great location 7 11 outside entrance Great local food hall 5min walk. MRT close by 2nd time I have stayed here

Hotel rated very good

Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Our bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable, which is a refreshing change, as from my experience staying at many Thai hotels, beds tend to be either hard or very firm! So it was lovely to sleep in such a comfortable bed. There’s a mini bar in bedroom for customers to avail themselves of, if so required, with reasonably priced beers and snacks. Payment on checking out of hotel.

When we asked hotel reception about dining in hotel, we were told restaurant was closed.

The rooms are quite spacious. The location may not be ideal for those seeking a vibrant nightlife. Breakfast was mediocre, with a limited selection of items. If you are from the subcontinent, you may not find this breakfast to your liking. And the swimming pool was too small.

There was nothing extraordinary. It is just a hotel. The room was spacious and nice

The problem was with cleanliness and the situation in the bathroom. You might say that I am too posh, but when you book a 4-star hotel you are expecting to get a properly cleaned shower and working drain. You can check the attached photos.

We had the perfect space for my family.

Building is old. Bed was not clean, there were debris on it. Elevator is very slow and small. The pictures and reality are not really the same.

Don't choose this location if you are intended for Shopping, Restaurant and Night life.

The allotted room was an upgrade from my choice which included 1 big hall and 1 big bed room.

Twin bed were provided instead of the double bed which they agreed to change, but it was not done. Selection of this hotel was a mistake since the hotel location is far from all happening areas. We selected this hotel seeing the metro and airport link access and reading the description mentioned in the booking.com as it was written that the area likes by the guest for shopping and nightlife. But sadly there are not even restaurants nearby. Minimum 20minutes walk or need to catch the metro to Sukhumvit to find shopping or food. Metro closes after 23:40. Nearest BTS station is min 20Minutes walk. The road in front of the property is always jam-packed. So Tuk Tuk or Taxi charges high and many are reluctant to come. Property is having a restaurant which has limited choice and breakfast was not met to the standards of 4 star (the property claims as 4 star as per booking.com). This property is good if you have a private means of transport.

Always a pleasure to stay in the comforts of Asoke Sukhumvit.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is walking distance from a Bangkok Airport Link and MRT station.

The room we were given had a few minor problems which though irritating were addressed promptly by the staff. I read a notice that work to renovate some of the rooms on our floor was to begin soon. Hopefully, that will solve these minor irritants.

Location was perfect and quite close to the tourist...

Location was perfect and quite close to the tourist attractions and metro/public transports.

The AC in our room was leaking continuously throughout our stay... The hotel staff was informed about the same twice. Although it wasn't fixed 100%. And was very disturbing at night. The room was serviced daily and the staff noticed it everyday, still no initiative by them the o fix the same.

Excellent experience.

relatively easy access from Suvarnabhumi Airport to hotel via Airport Rail to Makassan Station, followed by 15 minutes walk. Thereafter easy to travel via Phetchaburi MRT and Asok Pier River Taxi.

Wonderful staff. Hotel is very close to Makassan station which means that those using airport rail link have just a short walk. Rooms are very clean and staff obliging.

Unattractive walk up to hotel, pool is small.

They up charge your credit card after checking out.

It.wasnangood.place up until check out and now dealing with these bogus charges. I paid in full. Not sure why I'm seeing they hit my credit card. I slept and showered. No in room service. Not even a bottle of water.

BEWARE!! I arrived at 5pm the day of check in and departed at 4am the day I was scheduled to leave. Upon leaving, I stopped at the front desk to inquire about getting a taxi to the airport. 600 batt he told me. I took a taxi to the hotel so knew it was 400 baht over what it should be. Then he tells me I owe him for one night. I told him I made reservations through an online booking site and i paid them in full. Told him to take his issue up with them and not me. He insisted it was customary. I walked out. Now I just got home and see they charged me 2x an incidental charge and one for what is likely the night. So much for the bargain fare.. it will be 5 emails and 3 calls to resolve. Don't stay here. Not worth the headache to resolve all their bogus charges.

On the whole I like the place and its workforce which make my stay comfortable and pleasant.

All is well - the reception, I mean the front office, checking in and checking out. The restaurant and staff are friendly and hospitable. Food is good.

All is well except that the drainage system in the bathroom was less than adequate. I stayed in both the buildings and found that drainage system on the whole was poor. There is water clogging when a shower is taken. Needs to be cleaned and more workable. The properly should add body lotion and saving kit in the complementary list. That adds value more than their costs.

Great stay with excellent Wifi and good Breakfast

The room was bigger than most standard hotel rooms. The location is really good and in walking distance to the mall Terminal 21. Since this is a business area there is normally a lot traffic which can be a little bit annoying, but the Metro and BTS station are also close.

When we stayed there they have been doing some renovations in the upper floors which resulted in some construction noise during the day.
